Managing Broker

From The Heart

What a fantastic business to be a part of! I love the research, the strategizing, the preparation, and truly the entire process. The best part, however, is getting to know and help wonderful people. I never lose sight of what an enormous responsibility I have been given when someone selects me to represent them. It is both an honor and an absolute thrill to have people trust in you to help them navigate through possibly one of the biggest financial transactions of their life/lives. It is serious business, and I approach every deal as if it were my own. Call/email/text me. I look forward to talking to you!

In Their Own Words

"Impeccable. It's difficult to try to describe how Inger goes above and beyond to properly market/sell your home and help you through every step in the buying/selling process. We completely trust her and are really glad she was our Realtor. I've bought and sold many houses over the years and have never had this level of professional expertise. It's been a pleasure working with a professional that truly cares about her customers. We will definitely contact her again if we want to sell." Pam & Greg - Seattle

From The Heart

From a young age, I began tagging along with my mom who became a real estate agent when I was four years old. From previewing houses to sitting at open houses and much more, I learned the ins and outs of the real estate world. As I grew up, my love for real estate continued to grow with me. What I’m most passionate about is helping people through what can be an emotional journey of selling their home and moving on to their next place. My focus is listening to my clients and using my professional knowledge to help guide them in the home selling/buying process. Together my mom and I make a great team and we welcome the opportunity to work with people from all walks of life.

Fun Facts

I attended Ballard high school where I was a part of the Biotechnology academy and was on the only girls’ varsity basketball team that made it to the state playoffs. Go Beavers! Stemming from my love of basketball and working with kids, I spent many years coaching middle school aged boys and girls basketball teams. I am a mother to one son.
